I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Central Park and various eateries. The staff was exceptional, going out of their way to make me feel at home. However, the room left much to be desired; it was quite small and noisy due to construction outside. While the coffee shop downstairs was convenient, the breakfast options were underwhelming given the pricing.
